James was knowledgeable and prompt in helping us identify which plan was best for us and getting our appointment scheduled, and Justin (our technician) was quick, thorough, and friendly. I called Adam’s and they had Zale out the next day. He did the initial spray and baiting that day, and is coming back in two weeks to spray again. He was very informative and friendly, and didn’t make me feel gross for having roaches in the first place. It’s cheaper than having my landlord provide pest control, and so far it has been very effective. The roaches have been evicted!
