I called Adam’s and they had Zale out the next day. He did the initial spray and baiting that day, and is coming back in two weeks to spray again. He was very informative and friendly, and didn’t make me feel gross for having roaches in the first place. It’s cheaper than having my landlord provide pest control, and so far it has been very effective. The roaches have been evicted!

Recently, I became very unhappy with a service issue by Adams, after having used them for 13 years. When they were made aware of my displeasure, I am amazed at how they corrected the situation.
