Recently, I became very unhappy with a service issue by Adams, after having used them for 13 years. When they were made aware of my displeasure, I am amazed at how they corrected the situation. Tim, the owner, called me personally and went above and beyond what I would have expected. thank you, Adams. You remain our pest control service!

I called Adam’s and they had Zale out the next day. He did the initial spray and baiting that day, and is coming back in two weeks to spray again. He was very informative and friendly, and didn’t make me feel gross for having roaches in the first place. It’s cheaper than having my landlord provide pest control, and so far it has been very effective. The roaches have been evicted!

Have used Steve with Adams for many houses over the years. (I changed to them for my Termite policy as well on one home)I am pleased with the service and know Steve will show up and get the job done whether it is routine pest control or the nightmare of fleas in a rental house. They told me 1 week early they were going to be here at 852am. Today they texted a reminder. At exactly 852am the technician arrived. Amazing
